The San Angelo Rental Housing Mediation Services is shutting down today. The program has been a partnership between Angelo State University and the city of San Angelo. It has helped educate the public concerning rental housing issues and guide tenants and landlords toward settling disputes. But federal funding cuts and other priorities have left the Mediation Services without a steady funding source and it will cease operating today.
