The San Angelo City Council this week approved pay raises for city employees. The increase is two-point-45 percent for employees who learn less than 45-thousand dollars per year and 490 dollars for employees who earn more than 45-thousand. The new wages will take effect with the new fiscal year, which begins October 1st.
