Contract talks between the city of San Angelo and the local Police Associations are underway. Last week, representatives of the Police Associations presented proposals to representatives of the City for consideration in the employment contract scheduled to take effect in October 2014. Items discussed included pay issues, sick and vacation pay, as well as the current hiring process.
