San Angelo's streak of using more water this year than last continues. On Monday, city residents and businesses used 15 million gallons of water compared to 11-point-one million on the same date last year. A reminder that uutside watering is allowed once every seven days, but never between noon and 6 p.m. Each application should not exceed one inch. Runoffs of 150 feet or more down any gutter, street, alley or ditch are prohibited.
