The San Angelo Colts have announced the re-signing of Colts Co-Captain Jason Crosland. He's the Colts single season and all-time homerun king. In 2010 Jason was among the league leaders in several offensive categories including homeruns and RBIs and again won the United League homerun title. Crosland begins his fifth season with San Angelo.
Two volleyball stars at Grape Creek High School have signed on to continue their careers at two different junior colleges. Gabby Rodriguez is going to Clarenden College and Taylor Robbins is going to Ranger College.
The Bronte Longhorns go for a state title this weekend at the boys State basketball tournament. They play tomorrow night at 7 at the Frank Erwin Center in Austin.
The Rangers host the White Sox this afternoon in spring baseball after beating Oakland yesterday. The Astros lost to the Mets yesterday and play the Nationals later on tonight.
