The prosecution and defense say they’ll try again, in the murder trial of 51 year old Ray Lemes of San Antonio. He’s charged with killing 19 year old Angelo State University Student Tracy Glass. State District Judge Lori Valenzuela declared a mistrial in Bexar County, yesterday, because the jury reported back from deliberations that one of the jurors had independently researched some legal definitions.
