Warren Jeffs might not be in control of his polygamous church, after all. One of the senior members has filed papers with the Utah Department of Commerce to take over as president of the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. William Jessop says he wants to provide leadership, while Jeffs is jailed and awaiting his bigamy trial in Texas.
