43 year old Ricky Allen Green pleaded guilty to aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and injury to a child, yesterday, avoiding a trial set to start next week. The San Angelo man was charged with beating a three year old boy with a hammer and other abuses. Under terms of the plea agreement, he’ll serve a number of sentences concurrently, spending a maximum of 25 years in prison.
