In Lubbock, a federal grand jury indicted 20 year old Khalid Ali-M Aldawsari on a single count of attempting to use a weapon of mass destruction. Prosecutors say Saudi Arabian man, in Texas on a student visa, bought all the components to build a bomb online. He faces up to life in prison.
