A 51 year old San Antonio man is on trial in Bexar County, charged with the murder of 19 year old Angelo State University student, Tracy Glass. Defense attorneys say Ray Lemes is protected under the castle doctrine, because he thought Glass was an intruder in his home. They're presenting their case today.
