The National Weather Service at San Angelo has issued a frost advisory for west central Texas, including the Concho Valley. Temperatures were dropping this morning down to 32 to 37 degrees and even colder in river valleys and low-lying areas. These temperatures might adversely affect sensitive vegetation or pets.
