San Angelo residents will soon have a new--and hopefully easier--way to pay their water bills. On Tuesday, the city council approved a new interactive automated telephone system for water utilities. Customers can use it to pay their bills with a debit or credit card. Officials say the new system can handle up to 40-thousand phone calls a month.
