Fire Marshal Ross Coleman also stresses that residents cooking on outdoor grills should use propane as a fuel source. And ground fires are not allowed in the camping areas in Spring Creek and Middle Concho parks. All fires there must be in a stone or metal container, such as a grill or fire pit.
