The City of San Angelo will host a second public meeting to gather citizen input on how federal Community Development Block Grant and HOME Investment Partnerships Program funds should be spent in the coming year. The meeting is scheduled for 6 p.m. at St. Paul Presbyterian Church, 11 North Park Street.
