The National Weather Service at San Angelo has issued a hazardous weather outlook for portions of West Central Texas, including the Concho Valley. A light freeze is expected tonight with overnight lows falling into the lower 30's in many areas and potentially below freezing for several hours before sunrise. Sensitive vegetation could be at risk.
