Most City of San Angelo offices will be closed this Friday, as City employees participate in the annual neighborhood blitz. Most City employees will spend Friday attending to special projects, including improving the Concho River walking trail and Harmon Park, sprucing up a baseball field at Northern Little League, and cleaning alleys, replacing street signs and rehabilitating two fences in the Blackshear neighborhood. Employees who provide public safety services, such as police officers, firefighters and dispatchers, will not participate in the blitz.
