Parts of West Central Texas, including the Concho Valley, are under a hazardous weather outlook. According to the National Weather Service at San Angelo, scattered thunderstorms are possible tonight. A few could become severe, mainly along and east of a line from Haskell to San Angelo to Sonora. Large hail and damaging winds will be the main hazards. There is also the potential for a tornado.
