ASU provost search continues

Angelo State University President Brian J. May has announced that the search for a new university provost and vice president for academic affairs will resume in 2014. May said that, in the meantime, Dr. Nancy Allen, will continue to serve in the position on an interim basis. The provost position, second in command to the ASU president, came open last November when May, who had held the post, was named president. An initial search brought three finalists to campus for interviews last month, but the university did not reach a hiring agreement with any of the three.
