On Wednesday morning, members of the San Angelo Police Department Special Operations Section and the US Marshal Service acted on information about the possible whereabouts of a sex offender wanted on two outstanding Felony Warrants. They went to the Crestwood Terrace Apartments on West Beauregard, where they found 32-year-old Reginald Thomas of San Angelo and a woman getting inside a vehicle in the parking lot. As officers approached, they say Thomas got ouf of the vehicle and ran but was taken into custody after a brief chase. A search turned up drug paraphernalia and narcotics. In addition to the warrants, Thomas is now facing drug charges as is the woman, who is identified as 27-year-old Willandra Hollis of San Angelo.
