San Angelo firefighters will hit the streets for three days during their annual Fill the Boot fundraising campaign for the Muscular Dystrophy Association on April 24th through the 26th. They'll be holding their boots to be filled by drivers' dollar bills and loose change at the usual intersections: 29th Street and North Bryant Boulevard, Abe and Harris streets, Johnson Street and Knickerbocker Road, and Sherwood Way and Avenue N. Firefighters will be collecting funds from 7:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. each day. Each of the last four years, local firefighters have raised more than 50-thousand dollars for the MDA.
