A San Angelo businessman will be going on trial for murder for a third time. Frederick Mueller will go on trial January 6th. A judge in Colorado set the date during a hearing Tuesday afternoon. After the two previous trials resulted in hung juries, Mueller's attorneys filed a motion to dismiss the case. A ruling on the motion is expected within two weeks. Mueller is accused of second degree murder in the death of his former wife, local physician Leslie Mueller.
