ASU meat judgers

Angelo State University's Meat Judging Team made an excellent showing at the 2013 American Royal Intercollegiate Meat Judging Contest. That was held last Sunday in Omaha, Nebraska. ASU finished third out of 17 teams and produced the top-scoring individual contestant: Clay Kelley of Ballinger, who finished ahead of more than 60 other competitors. Next up for the team is the Cargill Meat Solutions Intercollegiate Meat Judging Contest on November 3rd in Friona.
