Texas Retired Teachers Association District 15 is hosting a reception honoring Senator Robert Duncan and Representative Drew Darby on Thursday afternoon. It's scheduled from 3:30-to five o'clock in the Suggs Community Room on the third floor of the Tom Green County Stephens Central Library in downtown San Angelo. The organization says Duncan and Darby are being shown appreciation for their dedication to Texas and their commitment to education and educators.
