With the government shutdown continuing, retail gasoline prices didn’t fluctuate much from last week and remain stable near the lowest average of the year. That's according to Triple-A, which says the nationwide average price for regular is three-34 a gallon, one cent less than last week. The Texas statewide average of three-09 fell three cents. Gas-buddy-dot-com reports the price of regular in San Angelo ranges from three-17 to three-32 a gallon.
