A reminder that the San Angelo City Council will be doing something unusual this week--meeting at night. The Council will convene in open session at 5:30 p.m. at the Convention Center and the meeting is open to the public. Topics up for discussion include the Red Arroyo trail project, the Gun Club hill road, the watering of parks and the West Texas Water Partnership.
