Gas prices down again

Weakened demand and the government shutdown combined to push oil prices lower over the past week and Triple-A says that, as a result, retail gas prices also fell. The national average of three-34 a gallon for regular is down five cents from last week and that is the lowest price since January. The Texas statewide average of three-11 is down five cents from a week ago. Gas-buddy-dot-com reports the price of regular in San Angelo ranges from three-dollars even to three-24 a gallon.
