The city of San Angelo says conservation works. On Wednesday, residents and businesses used 10-point-four million gallons of water compared to 15-point-seven million on the same date last year.You can save water by using the sprinkler in an area where your lawn needs it the most when your kids want to cool off. But remember, watering is allowed only once every seven days, and never between noon and 6 p.m.
