A former officer with the San Angelo Police Department has died. Clay Crabb served four years with the SAPD before joining the Austin Police Department. Crabb died from injuries sustained in a car accident; it happened while he was off-duty, but on his way to work. San Angelo Police Chief Tim Vasquez said--quote--"many of us were blessed to work with him and know him. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends and the Austin Police Department.
