There's a new hat in the ring for the office of Tom Green County Judge. Richard Easingwood, a former county commissioner from District Four, officially announced his candidacy Monday. Green retired from the commission position in December 2010 after 12 years on the job. Easingwood ran against current County Judge Mike Brown in the 2010 Republican Primary. He says GOP officials have told him Judge Brown will not be running for another term.
