Felony DWI arrest

A major crash in San Angelo Tuesday evening might have been caused by a drunk driver. It happened in the 44-hundred block of Knickerbocker and involved a Dodge Ram and a car. Two people were transported to a hospital for treatment of injuries: 26-year-old Jeremy Todd Johnson and a six-year-old boy. An officer investigating the crash noticed a strong odor of alcohol on Johnson's breath. He failed a field sobriety test and was arrested for felony DWI because a child was in the vehicle at the time of the crash.
