Two garage sales per year. The San Angelo City Council set the maximum number at two for every owner of a property, after receiving complaints that some residents were practically running garage sale businesses, out of their homes. Council members are going to talk about whether you'll need to register to hold a sale, get a permit and possibly pay a fee, at a future meeting.
