The National Weather Service at San Angelo has issued a hazardous weather outlook for portions of West Central Texas, including the Concho Valley. Scattered showers and thunderstorms will be possible today and tonight. A few of these stormes might become strong to severe. The main hazards will be locally heavy rainfall, dangerous lightning, damaging winds and hail.
