At around noon on Tuesday, San Angelo Police served an Arrest Warrant for Felony Theft at a residence in the 700 block of North Monroe Street. 34-year-old Robert Ryan Weddle-Coleman of San Angelo was the suspect identified in a recent theft of 15-thousand dollars' worth of equipment from the Arizona Pipeline facility on West 19th Street. Weddle-Coleman was arrested after allegedly listing the stolen property for sale on craigslist. During the course of the investigation, Weddle-Coleman was also arrested last Saturday for possession of a controlled substance after police said they found methamphetamine on his person.
