It's St. Patrick's Day weekend and the Department of Public Safety will be looking for intoxicated drivers. The DPS had already increased patrols this week for spring break in the hopes of cracking down on D.W.I's. That effort will continue through Sunday and is paid for by a grant from the Texas Department of Transportation.
