The National Weather Service at San Angelo has issued a hazardous weather outlook for portions of West Central Texas, including the Concho Valley. Breezy and gusty winds are producing elevated fire weather conditions are expected for the rest of the day. And elevated fire weather conditions are expected to continue tomorrow and Saturday.
