The National Weather Service of San Angelo and the San Angelo Amateur Radio Club will be hosting the 2013 SKYWARN Storm Spotter Training Class later this month. The class is free to all citizens within Tom Green County and City of San Angelo and the surrounding areas who would like to know more about storm spotting. It is scheduled for Saturday, March 23rd from 9 AM to 1 PM at Trinity Lutheran Church on YMCA Drive just off Loop 306, between the Texas DPS office3 and Community Hospital
