ASU meat judging team

Angelo State University's Meat Judging Team brought home several team and individual honors from the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Intercollegiate Meat Judging Contest earlier this month. Competing against 16 teams from 10 universities, the ASU team placed in the top 10 in five separate categories, including Pork Judging, Reasons and Specifications, Beef Grading and Lamb Judging. Overall, ASU placed eighth and was just 27 points out of the top five.
