A San Angelo man is charged with intoxication manslaughter following a fatal wreck Saturday night. Police say 65-year-old Malcolm Guy McBurnett drove his Chevy pickup truck onto Christoval Road with no lights on. 28-year-old Donald DiPietro, riding a motorcycle, was unable to stop in time and collided with the truck and he and the bike became wedged underneath. DiPietro, a Seargent in the U.S. Marine Corps stationed at Goodfellow Air Force Base, was pronounded dead at the scene. McBurnett was taken to the Tom Green County Jail.
