San Angelo police, who were assisting with the repossession of a vehicle in the 100 block of East 14th Street on Wednesday afternoon, heard a crash. They then located the vehicle they were lookign for, a 2006 Chevy Trailblazer, which had crashed through a fence in the alleyway of the 1400 block of North Magdelen Street. The driver allegedly tried to flee on foot but, with help from residents who saw where he went, officers found hiding under a tarp in a nearby shed. 33-year-old Valentin Munoz of San Angelo was arrested and faces several charges.
