On Tuesday night, San Angelo Patrol Police conducted a traffic stop which resulted in two arrests. The 2006 Dodge Durango was observed traveling south on South Bryant Boulevard near Old Knickerbocker road with expired registration. The driver was identified as 27-year-old Daniel San Agustin of San Angelo. San Agustin was found to be operating the vehicle without a valid driver's license or vehicle insurance. A passenger identified as 26-year-old Vanessa Martinez was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and a substance that field tested positive for methamphetamine. Both were arrested and transported to the Tom Green County Jail without incident.
