Early Tuesday morning, San Angelo Police were dispatched to a residence in the 300 block of W Avenue C in reference to a disturbance. When officers arrived, they learned family members were engaged in a verbal argument over a vehicle, which turned out to be the one suspected in a hit and run crash in downtown San Angelo on Sunday. One of the family members, 25-year-old Raymon Medina was arrested for being the driver in that incident. The suspect vehicle, a 2003 Ford F150, was found at the Party Ranch on Christoval Road and seized as evidence. The victim of the crash, a 33-year-old woman was reported to be hospitalized in stable condition.
