The National Weather Service at San Angelo has issued a freeze warning for the Concho Valley, in effect from now until 10 o'clock this morning. A freeze warning means sub-freezing temperatures are imminent or highly likely. These conditions will kill crops and other sensitive vegetation. Plants should be brought indoors or covered with protective material.
