This Friday, the San Angelo Fire Department will celebrate a combined 57 years of service by two retiring members of its command staff, Assistant Chief Kevin Lassiter and Captain Curtis Hensley. Fire Chief Brian Dunn says Lassiter and Hensley provided not only exceptional service to the public but exemplary leadership to the San Angelo Fire Department. The retirement ceremony and celebration will be at 4 p.m. Friday at Fire Station No. 5 on TLC Way. The public is invited.
