A man charged with killing an 11-month-old girl in San Angelo last April entered a plea at the Tom Green County Courthouse on Thursday. Atreyo Carter the Third was arrested for the murder of Andrea Hernandez following incident in the 4200 block of south Bryant. Autopsy reports show Andrea died from blunt force trauma. In a plea deal, Carter pleaded guilty to charge of Injury to a child causing serious bodily injury and was sentenced to 30 years in prison.
