The city of San Angelo reports that civic-minded volunteers pulled 160 bags of trash and debris from a mile-long stretch of the Red Arroyo’s banks and bed on Saturday. It was part of the third annual “Clean Up Our River!” event that marked the end of local World Water Week events.
