On Tuesday, the City of San Angelo got the latest progress report on the Hickory Aquifer pipeline: To date, more than 56 miles of pipe has been laid, which leaves less than seven miles to go. Substantial completion is scheduled for July 16th; final completion should be 60 days after that, on September 14th.
