San Angelo police have made an arrest in connection with a single-vehicle crash in the eastbound lane of the 4000 block of West Houston Harte on Monday afternoon. 28-year-old Michael Elliott of San Angelo is charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with an invalid license and driving without insurance. Police say Elliott was traveling at an unsafe speed before his 2003 Ford F250 truck rolled over and crashed into a guard rail. Elliott was not injured and refused medical treatment.
