The City of San Angelo will assist in the repair or replacement of 60 roofs in four neighborhoods targeted for revitalization, thanks to a 100-thousand dollar contribution from the San Angelo Health Foundation. The City’s Neighborhood and Family Services Department applied for the grant which will be matched with 100-thousand dollars in affordable housing funds from the City. The homes are in the Blackshear, Fort Concho, Reagan and Rio Vista neighborhoods.
