On Tuesday evening, a San Angelo police officer attempted to stop a violator for speeding. The vehicle refused to stop and a short case ensued, during which the driver, identified as 25-year-old Christopher Espinosa, made numerous turns through residential streets before coming to a stop on West Avenue L. After entering and then exiting a residence, Espinosa was arrested on various charges. It turned out that also inside the residence was his brother, 23-year-old Timothy Espinosa, who is wanted for injury to a child. After a brief standoff, Timohty Espinosa was also placed under arrest.
