Ener-Tel has teamed with the City of San Angelo to offer free, high-speed public wireless connections at a dozen City facilities. These freeWAVE hotspots, which allow Internet browsing, social networking, enhanced e-mail and text messaging, can be accessed by smart phones and tablets.
